INAS Global Games 2019 - go Harry!

INAS Global Games success

Two of our local swimmers, Caitlin and Harry, are wearing the green and gold at the INAS Global Games 2019 – happening right here in Brisbane this week.

So far, Caitlin (who is also a Newmarket Racer) has achieved 7th place in the 50m Freestyle, 6th place in the 400m Freestyle, 6th place in the 100m Freestyle, and 6th place in the 100m Butterfly.

And Harry has achieved 3rd place and Bronze in the 200m Breaststroke event.

The Australian team are performing very strongly. Congratulations Caitlin and Harry!

The INAS Global Games are the world’s largest sporting event for elite athletes with intellectual impairment, and are proudly supported by the Palaszczuk Government.

More than 1,000 elite athletes are competing across ten sports in a celebration of sport, culture and ability.
