Grants opportunity – GCBF Round 97 now open

With Newmarket Soccer Club players

Does your not-for-profit organisation need funding for new equipment and upgrades to facilities? Round 97 of the Gambling Community Benefit Fund is now open.

Four Stafford groups shared a total of $96,100 in the previous round:

  • Brisbane Netball Association Inc for the construction of a shed and to purchase a trailer
  • Down Syndrome Association of Queensland Ltd for an upgrade to their facility and air conditioning
  • Hummingbird House Foundation to purchase beach access matting and floating beach wheelchair
  • Newmarket Soccer Club Inc (players pictured) for improvements to facilities.

The fund is Queensland’s single largest grants program, distributing over $54 million each year to local groups. Grants of up to $35,000 are available.
