Grant opportunity for local clubs looking to improve spaces and places for sport

Get Playing, Places and Spaces

13 August, 2018 –

Is your club is looking to improve its spaces for sport and active recreation, or to open up new infrastructure?

Round 7 of the Get Playing, Places and Spaces grant is now open, with funding available of up to $150,000.

This is a great opportunity for your club to upgrade some lighting, build a new club house or construct new change rooms to encourage female participants to get involved.

The Get Playing Places and Spaces program is part of the Queensland Government’s $125 million Get in the Game funding to support sport and active recreation at grassroots level.

Applications close 28 September. For more information or to apply visit https://www.qld.gov.au/recreation/sports/funding/getinthegame/getplaying
