Free Digital Ready workshops for Queensland tourism businesses

Queensland Tourism Industry Council - Digital Tourism Workshops

In partnership with the Queensland Tourism Industry Council (QTIC) and Regional Tourism Organisations (RTOs), the Palaszczuk Government is delivering the Business Capability Program – a series of professional development workshops across Queensland aimed at boosting tourism business and trade skills.

As part of this program tourism operators are able to access free Digital Ready workshops.

The workshops offer:

  • An online Digital Scorecard to help identify ways to improve digital capability
  • Advice on online bookings, marketing strategy, and online reputation management
  • A ‘Digital Health Check’ with recommendations for making improvements.

In the greater Brisbane area, Tourism Connect will be running the following Digital Ready workshops. Book via the relevant Eventbrite booking link. Workshops are free to attend.
