Discover the wonder of WHY? at World Science Festival

World Science Festival Brisbane

12 February, 2020 –

World Science Festival Queensland is back from 25-29 March.

As part of the Palaszczuk Government’s Engaging Queenslanders in Science Strategy, we are celebrating the wonders of science and debating the challenges confronting humankind.

The 2020 festival program has recently been released and there are so many exciting activities and events for young people to enjoy.

In Brisbane, the City of Science is back, taking over the cultural precinct at Southbank and there will be seminars and events with the Queensland Museum.

This year we are presenting the largest regional program in the festival’s history, with communities in Chinchilla, Gladstone, Toowoomba, Townsville and Ipswich enjoying the wonders of science.

There’s something to spark everyone’s curiosity and I encourage all students, teachers and families to check out the 2020 program at www.worldsciencefestival.com.au
