Each May, Queensland marks Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Month to raise community awareness of domestic and family violence and to send a clear message that violence of this sort will not be tolerated.
Many individuals, community groups, sporting clubs, schools and workplaces are already making a difference across Queensland by taking the Not Now, Not Ever challenge to respond to domestic and family violence. Activities range from small one-off activities to annual events.
